3. How to Request Warranty Help

7. Installation-Related Issues

If free installation was provided by True Yard Buildings LLC for an eligible order and an issue appears installation-related, contact us with photos and details so we can review the installation service separately from the manufacturer warranty.

8. Warranty vs. Returns

Our 90-day return policy is provided by True Yard Buildings LLC as the retailer and is separate from any Backyard Discovery manufacturer warranty. A customer may have rights under the return policy, manufacturer warranty, installation service, or applicable law depending on timing and circumstances.

9. Proof of Purchase

Your True Yard Buildings LLC order confirmation or order number generally serves as proof of purchase for products bought through our store. The manufacturer may request additional product information.
