Your full card number and card security code are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored on True Yard Buildings servers.

Payment Security

Eligible card payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment information is transmitted directly to the provider using encrypted connections. True Yard Buildings may receive a transaction identifier, payment status, card brand, expiration information, and last four digits, but does not receive or store the full card number or card security code on its servers.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer relationships, order fulfillment, delivery, installation, returns, warranties, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax obligations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and applicable limitation periods. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it where practicable.
