Billing Policy

1. Currency & Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product pricing may change before an order is submitted. Applicable taxes and any non-standard charges are shown before order completion.

2. Payment Methods

We accept eligible payment methods displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed through Stripe or another secure provider identified at checkout.

3. Authorization & Capture

Your payment method may be authorized when an order is placed. Depending on the payment method and order flow, a charge may appear as pending before settlement.

4. Verification

We may review billing and shipping information for fraud prevention, order verification, and delivery eligibility. Additional verification may be requested when reasonably necessary.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Return refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product passes inspection. Cancellation refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

6. Payment Security

True Yard Buildings does not store full card numbers or card security codes on its servers. Payment details are transmitted securely to the payment processor.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@trueyardbuildings.com with your order number and charge details.
