Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Authorization to Charge

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider to charge or authorize the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and any disclosed charges.

2. Accurate Billing Information

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

3. Payment Processing

Eligible card payments are processed through Stripe or another secure provider identified at checkout. True Yard Buildings does not store your full card number or card security code on its servers.

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for payment verification, fraud prevention, and delivery eligibility. We may contact you if additional verification is reasonably necessary before fulfillment.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the order and destination as required by law. If a material pricing error is identified before fulfillment, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected.

6. Cancellations

After an approved cancellation, an unsettled authorization may be released or a settled charge may be refunded. Cancellation refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

7. Return Refunds

Returned products are normally inspected within 72 hours after receipt. Approved return refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@trueyardbuildings.com promptly with your order number, charge date, and amount so we can investigate.
