Built for Better Backyard Living
True Yard Buildings LLC is an independent online retailer and seller of Backyard Discovery products and outdoor-living structures.
About True Yard Buildings
True Yard Buildings LLC is an independent online retailer. Backyard Discovery is the brand/manufacturer of products identified with that brand on our website; True Yard Buildings LLC is the seller/retailer.
Our catalog focuses on Backyard Discovery outdoor structures and backyard-living products, including playsets, playhouses, pergolas, greenhouses, patio structures, outdoor enclosures, swings, and related products offered through our store.
Large backyard products require more planning than ordinary parcel purchases. Dimensions, site access, freight delivery, assembly, anchoring, installation, permits, and local requirements can all matter. Our goal is to make those details easier to understand before and after you order.
What We Focus On
Clear Product Information
We work to present Backyard Discovery model information, dimensions, specifications, included components, and product details so customers can plan with more confidence.
Backyard-Focused Selection
Our store centers on structures that help create spaces for play, shade, gardening, outdoor entertaining, and relaxation.
Retail Support After Purchase
As the seller, we provide order support, freight-delivery guidance, return assistance, warranty routing, and eligible installation coordination.
How We Fulfill Orders
Depending on the product and destination, orders may be fulfilled through manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, or logistics facilities in the United States. Delivery methods can range from standard parcel service to scheduled LTL freight for larger structures.
For freight orders, the carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Standard freight delivery is generally curbside or end-of-driveway unless another service is specifically confirmed.
Free installation is available for eligible orders when confirmed by True Yard Buildings LLC. Installation eligibility depends on the product, delivery area, site readiness, and installer availability.
