Track Your Order
Enter the order ID and billing email address exactly as shown on your order confirmation.
Delivery Estimate
Your order follows the delivery estimate communicated for that specific order. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by product availability, manufacturer lead times, fulfillment location, carrier scheduling, weather, access restrictions, regional availability, or a freight delivery appointment. If we learn before shipment that the order cannot ship within the communicated estimate, we will provide a revised estimate when available.
Freight Orders
Large products may ship through an LTL freight carrier. Freight shipments can show fewer tracking scans, are typically delivered curbside or to the end of the driveway, and may require a separate delivery appointment arranged directly by the carrier.
Installation Status
For eligible orders with free installation, installation scheduling may occur separately from product delivery. A product can show as delivered before the installation appointment takes place.
