Product Authenticity & Sourcing

1. Retailer and Brand Relationship

True Yard Buildings LLC is an independent online retailer and seller. Backyard Discovery is the brand/manufacturer of products identified as Backyard Discovery on our website. We do not present True Yard Buildings LLC as the manufacturer of Backyard Discovery products.

2. Product Sourcing

Products may be sourced through manufacturer, distribution, wholesale, or other legitimate commercial supply channels. Fulfillment location may vary by product and destination.

3. Authenticity

We intend to sell genuine products represented by their actual brand and manufacturer identity and do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

4. Brand & Manufacturer Information

Backyard Discovery names, product names, logos, model references, and other brand identifiers belong to their respective owner. Where a product is branded Backyard Discovery, the product page is intended to identify Backyard Discovery as the brand and True Yard Buildings LLC as the seller/retailer.

5. Product Condition

Unless clearly identified otherwise on the product page, products are sold as new merchandise. Packaging may show normal manufacturer, warehouse, or shipping handling marks.

6. Images & Lifestyle Photography

Product images may be manufacturer-supplied, distributor-supplied, or created for retail presentation. Lifestyle images can show landscaping, furniture, accessories, or settings that are not included with the product.

7. Specifications

We work to present accurate model numbers, dimensions, weights, materials, features, and specifications. Manufacturers may revise packaging, components, documentation, or specifications without advance retailer notice.

8. Manufacturer Documentation

Customers should review supplied manufacturer instructions, labels, safety information, warranty materials, and assembly requirements before installation or use.

9. Questions Before Ordering
