Report Security Issues

How to responsibly report a suspected website, account, checkout, or privacy security issue.

Last Updated: September 2026

1. What to Report

  • Suspected account or authentication vulnerabilities
  • Unauthorized access or potential data exposure
  • Checkout or payment-security concerns
  • Cross-site scripting, injection, access-control, or similar technical vulnerabilities
  • Security issues affecting customer information

2. How to Report

Email contact@trueyardbuildings.com with the subject line Security Report. Include the affected URL, safe reproduction steps, screenshots if useful, and a description of the potential impact.

3. Responsible Testing

Do not access customer information you do not own, disrupt service, conduct denial-of-service testing, use social engineering, send spam, or perform destructive testing.

4. Third-Party Systems

This page does not authorize testing of payment processors, carriers, hosting providers, or other third-party systems that True Yard Buildings does not own or control.

5. Our Response

We review credible reports and may contact the reporter for clarification. Resolution time depends on severity, reproducibility, technical complexity, and third-party dependencies.

6. No Guaranteed Reward

We do not promise a bug bounty, payment, public recognition, or other reward unless a separate written program expressly provides one.
